Sao Tomé is famous for its coffee and cacao! Perfect place because of all-year warm climate (around 25 – 30 degree Celsius). Famous for its beaches as well as versatile landscape (e.g. mountains, rain forests with its unique flora and fauna). Ideal for activities like hiking, cycling, surfing, snorkelling, running and relaxing. Just like the island also the Sao Tomé local people are very friendly and open-minded and welcoming to guests.

About the house
You reach the property via non-stop flight Lissabon to Sao Tome airport (approx.. 8 hours), then a 45-min ride by car from the airport to House Jaka (airport shuttle).
House Jaka is part of the Mucumbli Appartement resort. It’s a luxury two-floor house (approx. 120 sqm) in the middle of nature and green, offering enough space to accommodate up to eight people. It was built in 2022, local materials only, stone and wood from the island were used.
The property is about 1000 sqm and surrounded by stone walls and bushes to ensure your privacy. The new accommodation will provide you with a huge garden and a terrace or you simply enjoy the breath-taking view to the ocean from your balcony. There is a private path to the beach which is a 5 min walk away. On the area of Mucumbli you will find an amazing restaurant with an amazing beach view and a bar. Just as you wish, you can have breakfast included (then in restaurant Mucumbli) or you want breakfast to be delivered to the appartement.
